• students emerge from academia are more skilled, capable and knowledgeable as they enter the built environment workforce
• existing employees across the built environment have the opportunity of learning in a practical, safe setting
• potential new entrants from outside the sector, who have transferrable skills into the industry, have the opportunity to experience construction.
