Building on our reputation for delivering practical, engaging technical learning experiences and short courses, we are expanding our professional development offer with a series of new courses designed to support managers and leaders at the start of their careers.

Our first programme in this new series of Management and Leadership training is the First Time Manager/Supervisor course, designed for individuals who are new to management or preparing to take on their first supervisory responsibilities. While Constructionarium has its roots in the construction sector, this programme has been developed for all industries and focuses on the universal skills required to lead people successfully.

One of the biggest transitions within any organisation is moving from being a high-performing employee to becoming an effective manager. Individuals are often promoted because of their technical expertise, but leading people requires a different set of skills, behaviours and confidence. This course has been designed to help delegates make that transition successfully.

Our class sizes will be a maximum of eight delegates to ensure your employees get the best start they can have.
