Chief Executive, Constructionarium

Julia’s main career focus has been the recruitment and development of Emerging Talent across a number of sectors but predominantly Construction. As well as designing education programmes, Julia has recruited over 1300 graduates and acted as a STEM ambassador, mentor and business advisor to Young Enterprise UK.

Julia’s career has spanned the engineering sector from automotive and manufacturing to telecommunications, rail industries and civil engineering. Constructionarium contracted her services for 2 days a week from March 2012 and Julia spent the remainder of her working week at Edwards (part of the Atlas Copco Group) as their Global Head of Talent, Learning and Development.

In April 2018, Julia was promoted to Scheme Director and Company Secretary of Constructionarium before going full-time and taking on the role of Chief Executive in February 2019. Julia is a passionate advocate for the power of experiential learning and she relishes her role at Constructionarium in promoting and growing the business. Julia was appointed to the Board in May 2020.
